Services :: Community Integration

Community Integration Services: Are one to one services aimed at sourcing opportunities that meet the long term need of Tangata Whaiora so that they could traverse from residential care into the community and live independent lives with support as needed. Whaiora come to this service just by hearing about us, or through a referral from other Providers, Needs Assessors, General Practitioners or other clinical agencies.
