Community Support Services: Are one to one services aimed at sourcing opportunities that meet the long term need of Tangata Whaiora so that they could function independently within a caring community. Whaiora come to this service just by hearing about us, or through a referral from other Providers, Needs Assessors, General Practitioners or other clinical agencies.To know more of this service call Ann Jang at 03 3792053 through reception and have a korero.
